Services on Friday in Ridgefield for Adam F. Ciotti, 30

Adam F. Ciotti, 30, of New Haven, longtime resident of Ridgefield, died on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.

Adam was born in New York City on March 22, 1992, during the last snowstorm of that year. He is the son of Richard Ciotti and Sherry Gerstein.

Adam attended Ridgefield schools and later graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He enjoyed gaming and was a huge devotee of Dungeons and Dragons. He spent many hours absorbed by his duties as a dungeon master, thinking up interesting adventures for his long-time group. When Adam wasn’t working on D&D adventures or trying out the latest Pokemon game, he watched all the Dr. Who episodes. He worked as a software developer for Willis Towers Watson.

Adam is survived by his parents, Richard and Sherry, as well as his sister, Isabel. Smudge points out that he is missing Adam too.

Family and friends may gather on Friday, August 19 at 4:00 at Kane Funeral Home; 25 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield. Reflections and tributes of Adam will be offered at 6:00. The family requests that you bring a story to share.

Contributions in Adam’s memory may be made to the National Institute of Mental Health, http://www.nimh.nih.gov
