A Decade of Ushering at The Ridgefield Playhouse! Celebrate Alex Fischetti this Sunday!

This past Sunday, October 2 was a momentous day for Ridgefield Playhouse Executive Director Allison Stockel. “It was 10 years ago when  Charles Grodin walked into my office at The Ridgefield Playhouse and introduced me to his pal Alex Fischetti. Alex was looking for work so I hired him as one of our ushers.”

This would prove to be a life-changing moment for Allison and the Ridgefield High School grad on the autism spectrum. Alex says, “Ten years at the first job I’ve ever had, a workplace that has given me a working family and a place I can feel safe amongst those who look out for me always!”

The community is invited to celebrate Alex and his decade of dedicated work this Sunday, October 9 at 2:30 pm at The Ridgefield Playhouse.

Executive Director Allison Stockel says, “Join friends and staff members to show Alex how special he is and how much we appreciate him.”

A cash bar is available and nibbles will be served.

Stick around for The Boomer Boys Musical at 4pm. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased HERE.
