RVNAhealth shared a heartwarming post today on social media - too good not to share far and wide!
"One of their amazing hospice volunteers Ginger Smith donated 12 bouquets of flowers from Hickories Farm for our hospice patients," RVNAhealth explained.
Ginger is the CEO of SOAR Together a brand-new non-profit with a mission of helping overcome social isolation for specific populations, including adults with intellectual disabilities, older adults, patients undergoing treatment, and caregivers.
One way she does this is by delivering donated flowers to patients and seniors across CT.
"Thank you for making a stop at RVNAhealth, Ginger!"
