SPHERE captures the stars and hearts of last night's Gala attendees

Last night inside the Amber Room, SPHERE reached the stars, with a little help from their friends.

The story of SPHERE unfolded through words, songs, and deeds last night inside the Amber Room.

Thank you to the hundreds of gala attendees for believing in dreams, and thank you to SPHERE President and Chairman of the Board Lori Berisford for enriching the lives of SPHERE members so those dreams can come true.

SPHERE’s Reach for the Stars gala honored longtime SPHERE supporter Fairfield County Bank with the nonprofit’s Commitment to Service award.

The magical evening of fundraising began with cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, and a silent auction. Guests enjoyed camaraderie while bidding on an array of items generously donated by local merchants and had an opportunity to purchase a key, taking a chance it would open a treasure chest that held a $1,000 gift card.

A live auction conducted by Allison Stockel who infused the event with humor and energy assured SPHERE continued its mission of enhancing and enriching the lives of adults with disabilities.

After a successful Fund the Mission paddle raise, the essence of SPHERE's mission came alive when members stepped into the spotlight with enthusiasm and passion and presented scenes from their upcoming production of West Side Story.

Thanks to the one and only, Big Daddy, Sean McKee, the party continued on the dance floor!

SPHERE’s mission is to enrich and enhance the lives of adults with disabilities through education, recreation and the arts while fostering and nurturing relationships between our members and our communities.

You can watch SPHERE members perform West Side Story at the Ridgefield Playhouse on Sunday, March 3, 2024. You can purchase your tickets here.
