Food Evolution in Ridgefield has Closed

HamletHub has just confirmed that Ridgefield's only all-vegan cafe, Food Evolution has closed. 

Formally called "So Good Vegan Cafe", Elizabeth Shine Berney purchased the eatery in July, revamped the menu and opened the doors as "Food Evolution".

"Thank You to our incredibly wonderful customers, We appreciated all your kind words about our food and encouragement," Food Evolution said via Twitter @foodevolutionct .

Food Evolution was located at 109 Danbury Road, the Marketplace at Copps Hill.
