If you are wondering where to go for lunch or dinner... be warned, there is a new sign on Main Street's Bissell House, "Gone Fishing. Closed for a little 'sprucing' up. See you soon."
We heard from Roy Reeves, the restaurant owner, who remarked, "It's just as the sign says, a little sprucing gong on." He isn't sure when renovations will be complete and says that he will miss being open during Ridgefield's Memorial Day parade.
The Bissell House is located at 378 Main Street.
