Purple Frog will expand & move to Main Street Ridgefield

Purple Frog, Ridgefield's innovative, upscale gift store that sells clothing and accessories for all ages, has announced that they will be moving their shop from Bailey Ave to 414 Main Street. "We received the building permit today to renovate the old Dawn Nails and Tanning building," said Purple Frog owner, Emma Hardiman.

And with the move to Main Street will come more of the wonderful Purple Frog merchandise locals have come to know and love. "We are going to be expanding our baby and toddler offerings, including clothing for this age range," explains Hardiman. To celebrate the new baby and toddler selections, Hardiman has unveiled a new "baby" frog logo (see photo).

Purple Frog will also expand their cards and fine stationery offerings. "It's been fun watching customers laughing out loud at our funny cards, so we have 3 or 4 new suppliers joining us, it's retail therapy at its best," says Hardiman.

Hardiman says the goal (fingers crossed)  is to be fully open on Main Street in time for the Spring Stroll, April 29-30.
