RVNA Receives Top Work Place Award at Celebratory Dinner Tonight!

Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association (RVNA) has been named a 2017 Top Workplace by Hearst Media. This is the sixth time in recent years the home health care agency has won this award. RVNA CEO Theresa Santoro and members of the RVNA team are accepting their award tonight at a celebratory dinner in Monroe, CT.

Founded in 1914, RVNA is a fully-accredited Medicare-certified home health care agency that also supports public health and safety, and promotes the highest quality of life. The agency, a non-profit, provides a wide range of services to people of all ages in 27 communities in western Connecticut. In-home services include nursing care, rehabilitation therapies, medical social work services, and live-in and hourly caregivers. Other services include flu and pneumonia shots, travel medicine consultations, immunizations, and community education events.

In early 2016, RVNA opened a new headquarters building in downtown Ridgefield, the RVNA Center for Exceptional Care, funded entirely through donations. The Center for Exceptional Care is accessible to all who seek RNVA services, with enough space for on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy; modern medical clinic rooms and educational programs.

The RVNA will hold their Autumn Dinner on Saturday night, September 23 at Silver Spring Country Club. Tickets are still available. Click here to learn more and to purchase.
