The Ridgefield Library will host Susane Colasanti on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 3 – 5 p.m. in a program for teens and their parents. “Your Dream Life” is an enlightening workshop that motivates teens to identify their goals, then work toward achieving them. By maximizing positive energy, participants learn how they can improve their lives and the lives of those around them. Achieving personal goals while actively making the world a better place is a powerful approach to creating a happy, productive life.
Colasanti’s philosophy is that by focusing on the things that matter most to us every day, our thoughts, words, and actions will work together to support our journeys. Your Dream Life helps teens explore what they can do to improve their lives right now and encourages everyone to make positive choices that will shape both their present and future.
Colasanti is the bestselling author of 11 contemporary, realistic teen novels. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from New York University. Before becoming a full-time author in 2007, Susane was a high school science teacher for 10 years. She lives in New York City.
