Three questions with Felipe Pelaez, owner of Tazza Cafe.
Why did you start your business?
I have been in the food service business for over 17 yrs and I felt the need to open a gourmet coffee shop that not only supplies customers with great quality products and wonderful atmosphere but also goes beyond the personalized service that we bring by establishing a relationship within the community.
We have many best selling products, starting from our excellent lattes, chai latte, frozen coffee drinks frozen hot chocolate, our famous pumpkin bread that we serve in the fall and part of the winter.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
The local business Tazza supports include Squash’s, Ridgefield Hardware, Fairfield County Bank, various restaurants, and Ridgefield Supply.
