First Photos of Baja Cocina Mexican Faves

We can't seem to shake an opening date out of Larry Debany yet, but things are heating up at 426 Main Street, Baja Cocina headquarters. The sign is up and Debany and Chef George have created and tested many menu offerings. Debany reports, "They came out great!" (See photos of Baja Cocina signature tacos and guacamole).

Downtown Ridgefield will soon home to build-your-own tacos, rice bowls, burritos (including breakfast burritos) and made-to-order fresh fish - Mexican-style.

Baja Cocina (Spanish for kitchen) will be known for FRESH ingredients, made-to-order fish dishes, build-your-own- tacos, rice bowls, burritos, and other classic Mexican dishes. The man behind the Mexican cuisines is Chef George (aka Celestino Villalba).

The 25 seat eatery will offer a takeout menu and a variety of upscale bottled beer.

Debany has had great success opening and managing popular restaurants in Ridgefield. Tucked behind Main Street, just steps from the  Baja Cocina is 850 Degrees Wood Fired Pizza. Debany also owned Fifty Coins prior to selling a few years back.

We hope to announce an opening date very soon!
