A new acai bowl & smoothie shop, SoBol of Ridgefield, recently gave a sneak peek into the progress being made behind their windows. Along with their sneak peek photo, they also announced on their Facebook page that they are getting very close to their opening date.
SoBol is located at 90 Danbury Road, Ridgefield. On the corner, next to Starbucks.

What is Açai?
Acai is a small super fruit that grows on the acai palm tree, native to the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil. The acai berry is packed with several superfood benefits and antioxidants that serve as natural anti-aging and energy boosting agents. What is Pitaya?
Pitaya, is a super fruit native to origins of Central and South America and Southeast Asia. Also known as “dragon fruit”, pitaya is filled with several antioxidants that help boost immunity, body metabolism and a smoother digestive system. At SoBol, we blend frozen pitaya, strawberries and banana to make a vibrant, pink puree that centers every pitaya bowl.
