YOU'RE IT Ridgefield Nail Bar!

Three questions with the manager of Ridgefield Nail Bar, Clare Ferrandino.

Why did you start your business?

Our family has been in Ridgefield for three generations and we know the importance of a tight-knit community as well as the importance of a family business. We started this business as a means for individuals to come in to rewind and relax after a long day. Our main goal is that you feel welcomed and enjoy the spa experience.

Best-selling product or service?

Our best-selling service is the gel manicure and pedicure, as well as the Mediterranean pedicure. First and foremost, we want to ensure customers of their safety and our cleanliness when it comes to sanitizing our tools. Because of the fact that UV rays have been shown to harm one's health, we use gloves that protect the rays from harming our clients. We also offer a wide variety of organic polishes.

The gel manicure and pedicure is one of our best-selling services because it lasts for up to 2 weeks, whereas a regular manicure may only last a few days. Our Mediterranean pedicure is a therapeutic treatment and is designed to relieve tired, overworked feet while infusing legs with moisturizing sea extracts and rejuvenating botanicals transcending you to your quiet space. We treat our clients as royalty, as they should be treated.

How many people do you employ? Any youth or seniors from the community?

The owner of the Ridgefield Nail Bar LLC is Jason Ferrandino, he is a Ridgefield High School graduate and went on to pursue a degree in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University. He currently has another business, Ferrandino Enterprises LLC, which he focuses on carpentry, masonry, landscaping, etc. The manager of the store is Clare Ferrandino, she is a Western Connecticut State University graduate who studied Political Science. She will be managing the salon while pursuing a Law degree. There are currently three employees, and Rosa is the lead technician. She has been a member of the community for the past ten years, and focuses on precision and accuracy when it comes to the clients’ wants and desires.
