According to Ridgefield Planning & Zoning office, an application to convert 23 Catoonah Street, the former home of Tigers' Den, to five apartments and a commercial office was submitted by the Sturges Properties. Tigers' Den, owned by Joe Attonito closed in July after almost four years in business.
Sturges purchased the property, which includes the building that houses Consign Envy and nancy O, at the end of August 2018.
Richard S. Baldelli, Director of Ridgefield P&Z, says the application heads to a Public Hearing on December 4, 2018.
