Little Pub Garners Community Support to Remain in Ridgefield Location

Little Pub Supporters Launch "Save LP" Facebook Page

Little Pub wants to renew their lease at 59 Ethan Allen Highway in Ridgefield. They have a few obstacles ahead of them to make that happen. 

"We are trying to negotiate an extension of our lease. If successful, we will happily stay at our current location and continue to serve the people of Ridgefield for another 10 years (or longer)," Little Pub announced.

Fans of the popular restaurant started a Facebook Page, "Save LP" to drum up support from loyal customers and community members.

Little Pub says, "If we are not successful, get ready for the longest goodbye party the world has ever seen. Either way, we love the town and people of Ridgefield. It's a true honor to be part of your community."

According to Loopnet, the property is 2,400 square feet and current listing price is $37.50 SF/YR. Taxes are $6,855.56 /SF/YR.
