439 Kitchen + Bar, located at 439 Main Street in Downtown Ridgefield, announced on their Facebook Page that they are now under new ownership.
"The restaurant will continue to operate as usual. We would like to thank all of our customers for their business - it has been a pleasure serving you," the restaurant stated.
