HELP WANTED at Nature's Temptations: Front-end Associate/Cashier

DUTIES
Responsible for providing customer service, cashiering, bagging, fronting and stocking products in designated areas. Providing excellent customer service by satisfying each customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations. You are the Director of First Impression for our market. Only happy people wanted :-)
• Greet all customers; establishes eye contact
• Respond positively to customer’s inquiries and assists customers with purchases, information and product selection
• Scan products, process credit cards and cash, balance cash registers
• Document all voided transactions, refunds, change requests, record and report POS discrepancies
• Ensure that front-end displays are stocked, neat, and clean
• Balances cash drawer and receipts for shift; document and report discrepancies
• Prior cashier experience a plus, but will train
• Cash handling and the ability to operate POS system
• First-rate customer service skills
• Must have a positive and cheerful attitude
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to inspire team members
