Organika Kitchen Plans Spring Opening in Downtown Ridgefield

Dimitri Pantzos together with Kathy and Gino Riccio will bring Organika Kitchen to downtown Ridgefield this spring. “We can’t wait to open in Ridgefield!” said Pantazos.

With two locations in Southport and New Canaan, the organic and vegan 15 seat plant-based eatery will open in late May or early June at 424 Main Street, the former home of Johnny Gelato.

Signature offerings will include smoothies, juices, Acai Bowls, sandwiches, protein bowls, and a salad bar.

Expect some interior and exterior improvements to the space. “We are opening the walls on the side and adding large windows, “ says Pantzos who adds, “We are completely redoing storefront to allow more natural light.”

The Organika Kitchen website states, “This plant-based kitchen strives to offer juices, meals, and snacks that are pure and entirely nutritious. This is a place where you can refuel and re-energize with foods that heal, nourish and sustain you. Foods that work to create a more vital body and mind. So brilliant in its simplicity. Healthy body, healthy life.”
