The Ridgefield Running Company has been named as one of the "2019 Best Running Stores in America" as was honored this week at a celebration in Arizona. What's more, our Ridgefield retail gem was named among Top 10 in Nation!
"We have no one better to thank than our customers who allow us to serve you, inspire us every day and continue to push RRC to deliver a product, programming and events for our part of New England. We love what we do every day," said Megan Searfoss, Ridgefield Running Company owner and founder.
Out of 15,000 nominations from around the country, only 60 were chosen to receive this designation. The winning stores survived a rigorous selection process that judged them on performance in the areas of customer service, community involvement, variety of products carried and more.
The 2019 50 Best Running Stores in America joined forces and were celebrated this week at the El Conquistador in Tucson, Arizona.
Also earning this coveted honor was another Connecticut running store, Fleet Feet in West Hartford, powered and founded by another female entrepreneur, Stephanie Blozy.
