Elements Massage in Ridgefield is hiring a Wellness Membership Advisor
Elements Massage Ridgefield is seeking an engaging, fearless, bright, outgoing personality to join our Sales and Client Service team. Our business is built on Wellness Program Sales and we reward team members who meet their objectives.
Our team members earn $14-$18/per hour plus commissions for selling wellness programs and other services ranging from $100 - $500/month depending on performance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling appointments and answering telephone inquiries
- Recommending Services to Clients based on their needs
- Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program
- Ensuring the client’s experience exceeded their expectations
- Working as a team with to create an environment where clients come first

Successful candidates will:
- Have Sales experience in selling memberships or services person to person
- Have Client Service experience where hospitality, attention, and execution matter
- Have familiarity with scheduling, point-of sale and customer information systems
- Be willing to work a combination of mornings, evenings and weekends
- Have high standards for their appearance, the studio’s condition, and the quality of their work
