Sky Myofascial Release, PT & Wellness has just opened its doors in downtown Ridgefield. The wellness treatment center is located above Ridgefield Running Company at 425 Main Street.
Sky was founded by physical therapist, Tom McCaffrey. According to the company website, the mission of Sky Myofascial Release, PT & Wellness is to bring about the inherent potential of the individual to live a full life through a unique and holistic approach.
Patients can book a one-hour manual treatment that is a unique blend of techniques and methods that may include joint mobilization, myofascial release and craniosacral work.
