Cupping is a traditional practice that utilizes the power of negative pressure rather than tissue compression. Our therapists use suction cups to relieve aching muscles, release joint stiffness, and reduce inflammation. This practice can provide relief for a wide variety of both acute and chronic conditions.
Many of our clients have been turning to cupping as an alternative to their standard massage as a means to alleviate pain and soreness without the hands-on intensity of a deep tissue session.
