KaFo to Close in Downtown Ridgefield, Move to Online Model

In a note to the community shared on their Facebook Page, KaFo, located at 417 Main Street in Downtown Ridgefield, is closing their doors and moving to an online-only model.

We first reported about KaFo in December 2017 when applications for a cafe were filed with the Town of Ridgefield by  Sylvia Barnett who, together with friends, Sarit Weiner Laura Welber, announced the opening of European coffee shop in the space that once housed Tom Toms.

COVID was a game-changer for many local businesses, many of whom found new ways to serve the community when they had to close their physical locations.

Read the note below from KaFo owners:

To our dear community,

Kafo will be moving to an online platform and closing our brick and mortar. Recent restrictions due to covid have pushed us to shift our focus to online and we discovered this is a much better fit for us. The last two and half years have been such a learning experience for all of us and we want to thank you for all the support you have given us, particularly these last few months.

The three of us feel so grateful for all the lovely friendships we have made. We look forward to planning a lot more birthdays, graduations, girls' nights and whatever else you throw at us.

You can always reach us at info@kafo.online
