Cheesemonger Todd Brown says, "This cheddar is made from raw milk and aged for intense flavor. With a slightly sweet note, almost citrus flavor, it's hand-made exclusively at Jason Wiebe Dairy in Durham Kansas."

While the shop is OPEN, curbside and complimentary delivery continue.  Online ordering available 24 hrs a day when you get a late-night cheese attack and it arrives the next day. "We are faster, better and friendlier than the big guys," says Brown (and he's right!)
