What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?
I have provided online coaching and training for years. When COVID came around there was no reason to renew my lease at my studio. I now have all services available online: personal training, assessments, psychic readings and spiritual/healing sessions. Many assume that you can only workout in-person or at a gym. I can make you sweat anywhere (LOL). Don't neglect your health or weight loss goals or your self! Working out now is more important than ever to keep your immune system healthy while boosting endorphins and improving sleep.
Are you offering any new products or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
I am offering one on one meditations and subconscious treatments to alleviate stress and anxiety. As always these are available online and payments can be made via Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle.
I am fortunate that I've had a core group of clients that come back at different times of the year.
Please share the ways your business is adapting to keep your customers and employees safe in addition to the standard guidelines
I've always provided online services to the immune-compromised even before COVID. Now I do offer to meet clients in parks or even parking lots if they would like to workout outside. In those instances, I again have always wiped all of my equipment with disinfecting wipes, kept my distance and provided fresh bottles of water if they need it.
I am just so deeply grateful for all the people who have continued to work with me #blessed.
