There is a sign in the window at 32 Danbury Road, the former home of Prime Taco that says, "Bobo's Cafe Coming Soon!" Bobos Cafe, with locations in Somer's NY (the flagship Bobos) and sister locations in Chappaqua and Baldwin Place, NY.
Owned by Craig and Glen Bernardi, Bobo's was named after their grandfather.
According to the company website, Bobo's Cafe offers morning favorites including bakery items, waffles, egg sandwiches, and specialty egg bowls and breakfast burritos. Kick start your morning (or afternoon) with Bobo's morning coffee varieties, smoothies, and acai bowls!
Additonal menu items include basmati rice bowls, salads, sandwiches, and a variety of toast (avocado, humus, black bean spread).
