Update: The Lantern Lights Up in Downtown Ridgefield! View Menu!

 

After much anticipation, today, The Lantern Pub, located at 378 Main Street, opened its doors in Downtown Ridgefield!

At the helm of The Lantern is Raffaele Gallo; owner of the popular Gallo Ristorante and his long-time business partner, and Executive Chef, Giuseppe Castellano who say the menu focuses on local, fresh food, with an American flair; plus cocktails and craft beers. 

Some menu highlights:

BBQ Short Ribs/$4 each with a steamed bun (starter)

Lobster Roll $8/each (main)

Lantern's 6: Sourdough Pizzas with Buffalo Mozzarella (between $10-$14)

Rectangular Sourdough Pan Pizza with Shredded Mozzarella (between $16-$22)

Salads (many to choose from, protein can be added to all)

Sandwiches (served with fries and slaw)

Burgers (plain $13, cheese $14)

Brisket ($14)

Prime Philly Cheese Steak ($14)

Lobster Grilled Cheese ($25)

One if by Land, Two if by Sea offerings (served with housemade BBQ sauce, slaw and garlic home fries).

Raffaele says that takeout and delivery will begin next week.
