Bobo's Cafe in Ridgefield Gets Signage, Set to Open November 1 (or Sooner)

We just got word from Michael Panitz, Operations manager for Bobo's Cafe, that the newest location at 32 Danbury Road is set to open November 1 - "or sooner".

The former home of Prime Taco, Bobo's Cafe has new awning signage and there have been people working inside the building.

With locations in Somer's NY (the flagship Bobos) and sister locations in Chappaqua and Baldwin Place, NY, Bobo's is owned by Craig and Glen Bernardi and named after their grandfather.

According to the company website, Bobo's Cafe offers morning favorites including bakery items, waffles, egg sandwiches, and specialty egg bowls and breakfast burritos. Kick start your morning (or afternoon) with Bobo's morning coffee varieties, smoothies, and acai bowls!

Additional menu items include basmati rice bowls, salads, sandwiches, and a variety of toast (avocado, hummus, black bean spread).

Visit Bobo's online here.
