What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?
Health and fitness matter more now than ever. As they have unfortunately closed The Gym, there are other options out there where you can maintain safety without fear. My private gym is one of them. I offer a safe, clean, and the most ventilated, low volume, private gym in town which I have owned for the last 25 years. I also train people outdoors as well.
Are you offering any new products or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
We offer private spinning, private yoga, private Pilates and HIT, online coaching, and tele-coaching. I believe that maintaining a clean, well sanitized, safe, well-ventilated private studio is the next best thing to training in your home and maintaining the normalcy that we had pre-pandemic. We have to create a sustainable diet, exercise, and lifestyle program.
I want to say to people, please don’t be afraid! Our gym is clean, sanitized, and incredibly well-ventilated! Don’t get the quarantine 15 or more and run the risk of developing health problems (that have been proven to make your response to Covid even worse). We are an essential business that is here for you, please take advantage of it.
