Are you offering any new products or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
As a realtor, I worked through the pandemic. Realtors are considered Essential Workers. The public should know that the real estate community is making every effort to keep the public safe by strictly following the CDC guidelines. I keep a tote in my car or my clients that is filled with face masks, gloves and hand sanitizers. The way we sell real estate has changed. I now offer my clients virtual tours, Zoom Meetings and group chats. For new clients looking to sell, we offer complimentary market analysis. Are there certain individuals or organizations that supported you and your business through this trying time?
My clients, past and present, have been a tremendous support. The sellers have been extremely patient waiting for the pandemic to ease up and the buyers have been gracious to abide by the new guidelines (which can be a bit stressful) since showings are minimized to principal buyers only. The attorneys involved are doing closings in parking lots and appraisers are doing more desktop appraisals. All involved with a transaction needed to get creative to get the deal done.
