Why did you start your business?
Welding has made me who I am. I decided to start my business because I was ready to be my own boss. I wanted to have the freedom to do things my way.

Have you "reimagined" your small business?
When I started working for myself, I saw where I wanted to be. I’m still reaching for that destination.
