Currently open for takeout and delivery, Jaipore Express, co-owned by Roshan Balan and Jeevan Pullan, offers fresh, authentic Indian cuisine. In addition to Indian classics like Tikka Masala, the owners told HamletHub they want to introduce Ridgefield to some unique tastes of India.
