Why did you start your business?
With an entrepreneurial spirit and having a solar heating background, in 1982, the solar industry was heating up. I saw this as a good way to get out on my own to make a good life for my family.
Best selling products or services?
A O Smith Water Heaters and American Standard Cadet Pro Toilets. We provide plumbing and repairs and have been caring about our customers and their concerns for 40 years!
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
Fairfield County Bank, Ridgefield Hardware, Ridgefield Supply, Ridgefield Chamber, Valero Gas Station, Torrci Supply, and Asco Plimpton and Hills.
Have you “reimagined” your small business?
Yes, In the early years it was about new construction, now it's more about service and remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. We also provide service to many local companies.
