Step inside August Interiors!
Three questions with Abigail Braden, designer and owner of August Interiors.
Why did you start your business?
I started my business after 12 years in a different career and learning what exactly it was that I wanted out of my working life! The answer was to work for myself, have great schedule flexibility, and of course exercise my creative mind- something I wasn't able to do in my last job.

So many! Almost all of my contractors and vendors are local- Elite Remodeling, Venezia Marble, Ridgefield Supply and Ridgefield Hardware, Torrco (Danbury), A-Leo's Painting, Marc Monte, Creative Tile, and the list goes on. And further support comes in the form of Tusk & Cup coffee and Deborah Ann's ice cream, of course!
I wouldn't say reimagined as much as I grew with the times. COVID forced me, like everyone else, to adapt to new ways of working, and some of those have stuck. And I'm always listening to client feedback and market trends to further evolve to serve my clients the best.
