You're IT Siena Boccuzzi Personal Training!
Three questions with Siena Boccuzzi.
Why did you start your business?
It all started in 2016 when I discovered my passion for fitness, which motivated me to enroll at Norwalk Community College and graduate with my A.S. in Exercise Science. I knew that this was what I was meant to do and it was the best way that I could give back to those around me. After working through the pandemic as a Personal Trainer at a Connecticut club, I recognized the impacts that it had on not only the fitness industry, but also people’s physical and mental health, so I wanted to offer a more comfortable and personalized level of fitness.
That’s when I decided to take the jump and start SBPT! I believe that exercise is medicine and my goal is for my clients to live a higher quality of life by incorporating strength and power training into their routines to build protection from injuries and overall become their strongest and most resilient self.
What is your best-selling product/service?
My best-selling service would be 1-on-1 private at-home coaching or my customized online programs. Many of my clients use a combination of both of those services while building a foundation, but also getting the flexibility that they need to fit their own schedule.
Have you “reimagined” your small business?
Since the beginning of SBPT, I’ve traveled to clients' homes and worked online. In the future, I’d like to open my own gym space designed for my clients that is safe, clean, and fun, and to continue to build a community within each other!
Siena would like to nominate Prospector Popcorn to be featured next!
