Ridgefield voters approved all budget questions in the Town of Ridgefield Budget Referendum vote which took place yesterday, Wednesday, May 15 at Yanity Gym.
- Question#1, $47.520,668 for Town expenditures 1,524 yes to 414 no
- Question #2, $95,000,000 for BOE expenditures 1,253 yes to 713 no
- Question #3, $1,840,000 for Town road and infrastructure improvements 1,703 yes to 258 no
- Question #4, $1,350,000 for renovations at the Venus Building 1,300 yes to 640 no
- Question #5, $570,000 for Governor Street parking lot 1,338 yes to 615 no
- Question #6, $120,000 for Emergency Operations Center building and Preschool roof replacement, $125,000 for construction of Skydome Building roof replacement, $150,000 for sidewalk improvements . and authorization of $508,000 bonds of town to meet these appropriations. for roof replacements, 1,528 yes to 410 no
- Question #7, $690,000 for a fire department pumper-tanker, $196,000 for highway department Mack truck, and issuance of $8886,301 bonds of Town to meet these appropriations 1,487 yes to 444 no
- Question #8, $949,000 of Town bonds for Scotland School oil tank removal, asbestos abatement, school automation system, technology, and RHS cooling tower 1,549 yes to 395 no
