As an advocate for the Senior population in Ridgefield, learning the Medicare Savings Plan in CT had been cut in the new budget was devastating to our seniors. I started a petition to restore MSP in CT and John Frey’s name was front and center. We started a dialogue via phone, text, meetings and I shared my petition with him. Thanks to John and his “yes” vote to a bipartisan plan that provided funding for the Medicare Savings Program through the end of the fiscal year. He provided relief to about 280 Ridgefielders that rely on assistance from MSP. John Frey listens to our local issues and acts!
