Ridgefield Winter Club heads to fourth Public Hearing tomorrow at ERMS

Ridgefield Winter Club heads to its fourth Public Hearing tomorrow, Tuesday, October 30th beginning at 7:00 p.m. at East Ridge Middle School.   

After a formal application was received by the Planning and Zoning Commission in July of 2018, the proposed Ridgefield Winter Club has received three Public Hearings on September 4, September 26, and October 16. The public has yet to have their say due to expert testimony leaving no additional time for comment.

What:

Applicant Rising Ridge Inc, proposes to build a Winter Club on the grounds of Pinchbeck Nursery at 340 Peaceable Street. There continues to be strong opposition for the Winter Club. Peaceable Street neighbors have created the Peaceable Neighbors Alliance
