State Rep. John Frey Takes Oath of Office, RHS Seniors Travel to Hartford

Today, for the 11th time, State Rep. John Frey of Ridgefield took the Oath of Office in the historic House Chambers at the Connecticut State Capitol in Hartford.

The images you see (courtesy of John Frey) here were taken today during the ceremony.

The photo shows Frey with Ridgefield High School seniors Alec Pool and Miles Tullo who accompanied Frey today and witnessed the oaths, inaugural parade and were in the Chambers for the joint session addressed by Governor Lamont. Both students will spend the spring with Frey, part of the RHS Senior Internship Program.

"I am as excited about the job today as the day I first took the oath 20 years ago. Thank you to the people of Ridgefield for giving me this privilege. I promise to do my very best in what is likely to be a very challenging term," said Frey.
