The Fountain Inn Heads to Public Hearing for Special Permit Application on Nov. 26

Douglas Haynes, a former resident of Ridgefield who now resides in Sleepy Hollow, has filed a permit with the Town of Ridgefield to transform 114 Main Street, his former 8 bed, 9 bath home, to The Fountain Inn.

According to the Town records, Haynes received a Commercial Building Permit (CT Class II) from the Town. The property Health Department Permit is "pending". Haynes filed for a Food License for a seating capacity of eight. 

Planning & Zoning will hold a Public Hearing on November 26 to review a Special Permit Application for the property.
