Notice is hereby given that a formal Public Hearing for residents held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 7:30pm via Zoom to hear details pertaining to a donation of 1.17 acres of land located at the intersection of Turner Rd & Barnum Place.
Specifically noted that although the donor’s appraisal was submitted, it holds no relevance to the accepted space. The Town Thereby holds judgment to the value of this property.
