According to Section 12 of Public Act 21-29, each municipality in CT is “required to adopt an Affordable Housing Plan no later than June 1, 2022, and at least once every five years thereafter”.
The Ridgefield Affordable Housing Committee (RAHC) was given the task of creating the Affordable Housing Plan for Ridgefield by the Board of Selectman (BOS) to whom they report. The BOS makes the final decision about the Plan and what will be submitted to the State.

The Ridgefield Affordable Housing Committee seeks ongoing input from the public about this important document. Comments or questions made as an individual resident of Ridgefield can be directed to the Committee at either meeting or sent to the RAHC at rahc@ridgefieldct.org.
