Notice is hereby given that a formal Public Hearing for residents will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Annex located in the conference room located at 66 Prospect Street (next to Yanity Gym) to hear items pertaining to the following:
1. Expansion of Economic & Community Development Commission from seven to nine Commissioners and terms of service from one year to
two years.
2. The contract between the Town of Ridgefield & Aquarion Water Company for the conveyance of a permanent pressure-reducing facility
easement and a temporary construction easement over a portion of the Barlow Mountain Elementary School property.
3. Cannabis Prohibiting Ordinance in the Town of Ridgefield.
4. For the allocation of $232,978 of ARPA funds as approved by the Board of Selectmen and Board of Finance for reimbursement to the RVNAhealth for expenses associated with the Covid Vaccination Clinic
