Patrol Officer Starting Salary: $59,381.00 (effective 7/1/15)
The Ridgefield Police Department has a Residency Requirement:
Employees must live within fifteen (15) air miles from the Town of Ridgefield boundaries. If a potential employee does not meet this requirement, they will have one year from the date they are removed from Probationary Status to fulfill this obligation.
In addition to the residency requirement, the Ridgefield Police Department has a tattoo, brands and body piercings policy.
