This week is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week and Ridgefield Police thank their hardworking dispatchers!
"We would like to take the opportunity to thank our dispatchers who everyday answer both the 911 and routine calls that come into our dispatch center. The information that they obtain, and the direction that they give, is vital in keeping the community safe as well as our officers. We could not do our jobs without them doing theirs. Thank you!" police say.
