Congratulations to Ridgefield Police Officer Daniel Gjodesen for receiving the department's Exceptional Service Award.
Ridgefield Police explain, "Officer Gjodesen responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident on Route 7, where he rescued the driver of the vehicle from an apparent overdose. We recognize Officer Gjodesen for a job well done!"
