Today, Ridgefield Police publicly welcomed the Department's newest Officer, Brandon Romero badge #217.
Brandon was sworn in today by Town Clerk, Wendy Lionetti during a ceremony held at police headquarters.
According to Ridgefield Police, Officer Romero will start the Connecticut Police Academy on December 30th, which he will attend for approximately six months. He will then start his Field Training Program in Ridgefield, once the academy is complete.
Brandon is also the second son of a veteran Ridgefield Police Officer that was sworn in this year. We wish him the best of luck in the academy and look forward to seeing him back in Ridgefield soon.
