Ridgefield Police investigate residential burglary, seek public's help to ID suspect, vehicle of interest

The Ridgefield Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that took place between 7:00 am on January 25 and 12:30 am on January 26.

The incident took place on Ned's Mountain Road and involved a suspect gaining entry by forcing a locked basement window open. 

Once inside, the suspect removed a MacBook Air 13", approximately $14,000 in jewelry, and $1,000 in cash. 

The image you see here is a vehicle of interest and was observed pulling into the neighbor's driveway on January 12 at 9:50 am. The driver exited the vehicle and knocked heavily on the front door. When the homeowner answered, the individual advised he had the wrong address and left.
