Babel Realty recently announced that Kyle Babel, an established entrepreneur, has joined its Bronx and Westchester based real estate team.
This family venture combines David J. Babel’s 25-year real estate law experience with Kyle’s fresh, millennial perspective and marketing background to spearhead the Babel Realty brand into all corners of the Bronx and Westchester.
“This marvelous union of father and son allows us to help clients realize their dreams,” said David Babel. “Kyle is passionate about real estate and is especially sensitive to people of all ages and backgrounds. His experiences, personality, and commitment help create a one-stop shop that provides more than just guidance regarding real estate transactions, wills, and probates.”
As the newest consultant to oversee day-to-day operations, including handling real estate listings and meeting with clients, Kyle also looks to use his marketing and entrepreneurial expertise in startups to expand and grow the practice.
“I have always enjoyed nurturing my own projects, where I engage with transactions from the very beginning, bring them to life, and help others reach their dreams,” said Kyle. “It feels natural and organic to join my father and jumpstart the rebirth of Babel Realty.”
In the past, Kyle has primarily focused on marketing and entrepreneurial roles. He co-established MADE Hoops (Maximizing Athletes’ Development & Exposure), a startup dedicated to bringing young basketball players together at events to showcase their talents.
“I have benefited from many opportunities where people have believed in me, so I try to also mentor and give back,” said Kyle. “With MADE Hoops, I travel around the country and inspire these talented young players to work hard on and off the court. We provide a platform of exposure to help student athletes ultimately obtain a college basketball scholarship.”
Offering invaluable market insight, the Babel Agency’s integrity and rising profile has attracted many new clients and generated several deals. In 2016, for example, the firm filmed and aired two television commercials and Kyle sold four listings totaling $1.9 million.
According to Ramona Lamascola, who recently closed on a home in the Bronx, “Kyle is compassionate, trustworthy and experienced. He cares and learns about you on a personal level, it went beyond just getting rid of the piece of property, so he made me comfortable.
