There was a delay on the road work on Broadway due to the DOT wanting to test the materials used.  The tests have been completed and the contractor has been approved to complete the work.  Therefore, the repaving of Broadway between Walgrove and Cedar Street will start again on Wednesday September 3rd.  The preparation for milling and paving should be completed by September 5th.  The contractor will then start milling and paving.  This work is scheduled to take place Monday September 8th and be completed by Thursday September 11th.   Therefore, please give yourself extra time if you are traveling in this area for the time listed.  If you have any question you may call United Water of New Rochelle @ 914-637-5309.
